Zopim live chat, a service for eshops and other business websites, lets you talk to your website visitors in real time.

It's easy to sign up for Zopim at www.zopim.com and then set up a connection with Webgarden according to these instructions.

With Zopim, if you’re online, visitors will see a button in the lower right-hand corner which says “We’re Online!” (or the greeting of your choice). When they click on it, a window will open for live chat.

If you’re offline, the button will say “Leave Us a Message“ and will let visitors easily drop you a line. If a visitor leaves your website before you reply, he or she will see the response the next time he opens your website. Alternatively, you can choose to hide the widget when you’re not available.

As the website administrator, you can use Zopim by signing in to the dashboard chat panel or via mobile phone. Currently there are mobile apps available for Android and iPhone. Thanks to these phone apps you’ll be able to give your (potential) customers perfect service practically the entire day.

Zopim offers three different plans, one of which is free. It’s limited to only one agent, who can have one chat at a time. We think that this option is sufficient for first time users who want to try out the product.
