Some or all functions could not be available through testing period. Service can be discontinued at any time.

Service description Webgarden is an online web publication system. Service can be used for generating webpages and similar sites (e.g. blogs). It is not necessary to have any internet technology knowledge, but it is recommended basic internet using knowledge. User is responsible for all activities with his username and is responsible for keeping his password secure. Webgarden rejects all responsibility and liability for availability or security of Webgarden service. Webgarden reserves a right to change Terms of Service and a right to change or discontinue the Webgarden service with or without explanation and with or without noticing users at any time. Webgarden reserves a right to refuse using or access by any username or IP address with or without explanation and with or without noticing at any time. Webgarden reserves a right to remove any content or website violating Webgarden content policy with or without explanation and with or without noticing at any time.

Activation

Webgarden service is activated by filling in registration forms on http://webgarden.com/ or on any website generated by Webgarden service.

Commercial and non-commercial usage

Webgarden service can be used for both commercial and non-commercial and both can be used free of charge for unlimited time period and with most functions. All users can insert any content and advertisment which is not violating Webgarden content policy.

Non-free of charge usage

Website account could be upgraded by buying one or more of Webgarden upgrades. Prices and description of upgrades can be found at user's website administration.

Content policy

Users can insert any content to websites which is not violating these rules:
- it is strongly prohibited to insert any:
- adult content (especially pornography, erotic content etc. )
- drugs and pharmacy content
- extremism content (especially racism, communism content etc. )
- it is strongly prohibited to insert content which is harmful to
Webgarden service in any way (especially harmfull or annoing scripts, popup windows etc.)
- it is strongly prohibited to spam on all Webgarden websites
- it is strongly prohibited to insert content which is violating copyrights
- it is strongly prohibited to insert content which is violating Czech
Republic law

Inserted advertisment

Webgarden reserves a right to include any content to user's websites, especially advertisments, links and scripts. It is strongly prohibited for users to modify this content in any way.

It is prohibited to register user's website to any automated surfing program.

Webgarden reserves a right to send an information e-mails, e-mail verification and notifications.
